Maria Eugenia Daniel | Immigration Attorney
Maria Eugenia Daniel grew up in a small town surrounded by Los Andes mountains in the Argentinian northwest. She worked in the mining industry for many years, initially as a project manager and later as in-house counsel for an international corporation. While in college she launched her own business leasing support vehicles to mining companies. After obtaining a Bachelors in Law from Universidad Blas Pascal, in Córdoba, Argentina Maria sold her successful business to finance law school in the United States. She graduated from Chicago Kent College of Law in Chicago in 2014.
Prior to joining Immigration Law PLLC, Maria had her own solo-practice focusing primarily on tax law and counseling foreigners.
In our firm Maria focuses on removal and inadmissibility defense in Immigration Court, including bond hearings. Prepares U and VAWA Visas for Victims of Crimes, and represents our LGBTQ+ clients.
Maria is fluent in English and Spanish and proficient in French.
She is a member of the Michigan Bar Association, American Immigration Lawyers Association and the Oakland County Bar Association, and an Immigration legal consultant for the Argentinian Consulate in Chicago.
